Shipping and Returns
We ship most orders the next business day, though processing may take an extra day during busy periods. All orders ship from Aurora, Colorado.Small, flat items are sent with our letter tracking option and arrive in a medium-sized white envelope delivered by USPS. Tracking for these orders is available Here
If you can’t find your envelope, please check between advertisements or other mail, as these are sometimes tucked inside by the postal carrier.
If you need your order by a specific date, please upgrade shipping at checkout — delivery times are not guaranteed once the order has shipped.
