Processing Time
All orders are handmade and processed with care in Aurora, Colorado. Most orders ship within 1 business day after payment is received. During peak times (holidays or sales), processing may take up to 2 business days, but we always strive to get your items out as quickly as possible.
Shipping Methods
- Small orders: Ship via USPS First Class Letter Mail — arrives with your regular mail delivery. Please note: this service includes basic tracking updates once the order ships.
- Larger orders: Ship via USPS Ground Advantage with full tracking provided (estimated 2–7 business days).
- Expedited Options: USPS Priority Mail and FedEx are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times
- USPS First Class Letter: 3–8 business days (basic tracking)
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2–7 business days (trackable)
- USPS Priority Mail: 1–4 business days
- FedEx Express: 1–2 business days

Shipping Upgrades
If you need your order by a specific date, please choose a shipping upgrade during checkout for faster delivery. Selecting USPS Priority or FedEx ensures tracking and quicker transit times.
Order Tracking
Tracking numbers are automatically emailed once your package ships. For basic letter mail tracking, you’ll receive a confirmation when it ships, and you can view delivery updates on the USPS tracking page.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once a package has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes. Returned mail due to incorrect addresses can be reshipped once additional postage is paid.
