Return Policy
Because all of our products are handmade and personalized to order, we’re unable to accept general returns or exchanges. Each item is created specifically for you based on your selected design, colors, and personalization details.
We will gladly replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can make it right quickly.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because production begins soon after your order is placed, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 1 hour of purchase. If you need a change, email support@kwlcreations.com.
Shipping Issues
KWL Creations isn’t responsible for postal delays, packages addressed incorrectly, or weather-related interruptions. For packages with carrier tracking, please use the tracking number provided.
If a package shows delivered but you don’t see it, please check with household members and neighbors and allow 1 business day; if it still hasn’t arrived, email support@kwlcreations.com.
Processing & Shipping Times
We ship most orders the next business day, but sometimes processing can take an extra day during busy periods. All orders ship from Aurora, Colorado.
Letter Tracking Orders
Small, flat items will be shipped using our letter tracking option.
- These orders arrive in a medium-sized white envelope delivered by USPS but tracked through the Pitney Bowes tracking page — they will not appear on the USPS website.
- Occasionally, USPS may mark these as “delivered” early; in most cases, they arrive with your regular mail within the next 1–3 business days.
- If you can’t locate your envelope, please check carefully between advertisements or other mail, as these flat envelopes are sometimes tucked inside by the postal service.
- Please allow a few days after the “delivered” scan for final delivery before reporting a missing item.
Shipping & Delivery Times
KWL Creations ships all orders promptly, but we are not responsible for postal or carrier delivery times, delays, or interruptions once an order has shipped. Delivery estimates provided by USPS or FedEx are only estimates and are not guaranteed.
If you need your order by a specific date, please purchase a shipping upgrade at checkout to ensure faster, trackable delivery. Upgraded shipping options (such as USPS Priority Mail or FedEx) provide quicker transit and include full tracking.
