Ordering & Personalization
How do I personalize my order?
Type your name or custom text in the personalization box on the product page. If available, add a jersey number or other details. Double-check spelling and capitalization — your item will be made exactly as entered.
Can I preview how my name will look?
Yes! Many listings include a live font preview so you can see your text in real time before adding to cart.
How do I order multiple names or designs?
For different names or variations, personalize and click Add to Cart after each one.
For the same style & size with different names, increase the quantity and list all names in your cart notes (one per line) before checkout.

Can I request a specific layout, color, or design?
Absolutely! Please contact us here with your item link and a short description of what you’d like customized.
Shipping & Processing
How long will it take to ship my order?
Most orders ship within 1 business day from Aurora, Colorado. During busy seasons, please allow up to 2 business days.
What shipping options do you offer?
- Small Orders: USPS First Class Letter Mail (basic tracking, 3–8 business days)
- Larger Orders: USPS Ground Advantage (2–7 business days)
- Expedited: USPS Priority Mail (1–4 business days) or FedEx (1–2 business days)
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes — all shipments include tracking. Small orders include basic tracking (3–8 business days), while Ground Advantage and Priority include full tracking with delivery updates.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are handmade and shipped from our studio in Aurora, Colorado (USA).
Decals & Stickers
What materials do you use for your decals and prints?
We use a high-quality vinyl designed to last — durable, long-lasting, and manufactured in the USA. It delivers vibrant color, a smooth finish, and strong adhesion on most non-textured surfaces.
Are your decals and stickers waterproof?
Yes! Our decals are waterproof and weather-resistant. For best longevity, avoid submersion or dishwashers and hand wash gently if needed.
What surfaces do they stick to best?
Smooth, non-textured surfaces like laptops, water bottles, lockers, and glass work best. Clean with alcohol and ensure the surface is dry before applying.
How do I apply the decal without bubbles?
Clean the surface, peel backing, align, and apply from one side to the other using a card to smooth as you go. If a small bubble appears, gently lift and re-smooth or prick with a pin and press out the air.
Will the decals damage surfaces when removed?
Decals generally remove cleanly from most smooth surfaces. If adhesive remains, use a little rubbing alcohol on a soft cloth to remove residue.
Do you offer different sizes or finishes?
Yes — many designs offer multiple sizes and finishes (e.g., white vinyl, holographic). Check each listing’s options dropdown for availability.

Our keychains are made from high-quality PU leather and durable metal hardware. Each one is handmade with smooth edges and vibrant designs for a polished finish.

Can I add a name or initial to my keychain?
Yes! Most keychains can be personalized with a name, initials, or number. Enter your text in the personalization box before adding to cart.
Glass Cans
Are your glass cans dishwasher safe?
Yes — our glass cans are sublimated: the design is permanently baked into the glass, with no vinyl or texture. For longest life, we recommend gentle hand washing or top-rack dishwasher use.
Do the glass cans come with a lid and straw?
Yes! Each glass can includes a bamboo lid and reusable straw unless otherwise noted in the listing.
Can I request a custom design on a glass can?
Absolutely! We can personalize your glass can with your name, text, or custom artwork. Please contact us for custom requests.
ID Badges
What are your ID badges made from?
Our ID badge holders are made from durable PU leather with clear windows and reinforced stitching, designed to last through daily use.
Do your ID badges include a lanyard?
Yes — lanyard included. Most styles also feature an attached keyring or clip for flexible carrying options.
Can I personalize my ID badge with a name or title?
Yes! Each ID badge can be customized with your name, title, or department. Enter your personalization details before checkout.
Returns & Replacements
Can I return or exchange a personalized item?
Personalized items are made to order and generally can’t be returned or exchanged unless there’s an error on our part. If something arrives incorrect or damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right as soon as possible.
I made a mistake in my personalization — what can I do?
Reach out as soon as possible after ordering. If production hasn’t started, we can usually update the personalization before it’s made.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’ll gladly replace any item that arrives defective or in error. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and include a quick photo so we can help as soon as possible.
